Beautiful Dining Room Designs From Top Designers Worldwide
Our first dining room featured above, is a custom dining room design by Angelica Henry Design. You can see the rest of the rest of the home here.
These inspired designs range from modern to traditional to minimalist, and everything in-between. A dining room with form and function is nearly as important as the kitchen where the food is prepared.
The best dining rooms are places where you are surrounded with friends and family–but a comfortable chair and the right lighting enhance the experience.
The styles of the dining rooms in this series may differ wildly, but they all have an important element in common: each has an eye-catching focal point, whether that is a light fixture, a fireplace, a work of art, china and other dining room storage concepts, or even just a large window with a stunning view.
Some of the dining rooms featured here adhere to the rule of the formal dining room, completely separate from the kitchen, with no view of the kitchen. Others are designed to be more open, with views of the kitchen or living room, encouraging mingling in the color palettes, fabrics and textures.
Not all of these dining rooms are large–a few are rather small. However, the a smaller dining room doesn’t necessarily mean it’s less comfortable. Each of these designs balances style with function in an all-together pleasing way–no matter your taste in decor.
